Welcome to Aniradichita Theatre and Films Association, where innovation meets cultural art forms to deliver unparalleled solutions. We are a distinguished not-for-profit Section 8 licensed company — India's first holistic Art and Culture based startup registered with Startup India.
As the pioneers of PAaaS — Performing Arts As A Service, we provide holistic services in marketing, training and development, CSR, events, and education, utilizing cultural art forms like drama, music, dance, blended with films and video creation.
We extend our services from ants to elephants — catering to businesses of all sizes, from small enterprises to large corporations.

Aniket Pandya is a dynamic force across theatre, film, education, and entrepreneurship. Trained as an engineer, he acquired his skill of creativity at IIT Delhi and formally educated in Startup Growth and Execution at IIMC (Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta), he brings a rare combination of technical rigour and artistic instinct to everything he creates. A TEDx speaker, creative consultant, and culturally rooted storyteller, he believes art is the most powerful instrument of human and business transformation.
As the founding force behind Aniradichita Theatre and Films Association — India's first holistic Art & Culture based startup registered with Startup India — Aniket conceptualised PAaaS (Performing Arts As A Service): an integrated framework that delivers drama, music, dance and film to corporates, NGOs, educators and communities. His performing arts training modules were officially launched by the Union Minister of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Shri Rajeev Chandrashekhar.
As a filmmaker and actor, Aniket served as the Associate Director of the urban Gujarati feature film Safalta 0 Km (streaming on Amazon Prime Video) and acted in the web series The Great Dhamaal Chokdi (Airtel Xstream). He has designed, directed and executed over 10,000 plays across street theatre, skits, one-acts and three-act productions; his research paper "Bhavai and Its Cultural Sustainable Development" was presented at the UNESCO-patronised International Conference on Intangible Cultural Heritage. He also serves as a Visiting Faculty and Innovator at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.

Founder & Director. Aarachitt is Aniket's for-profit creative ventures arm — extending the PAaaS philosophy into commercial film production, brand storytelling, content IP, creative consulting and training products for industry. Where Aniradichita serves community and CSR through its Section 8 mandate, Aarachitt translates the same craft into scalable business solutions for corporates and creators.
Samarthyam LLP
Founder Director. A purpose-built LLP that partners with Samarthyam — Skills Secure Success — through workshops, performances and sensitisation programmes, carrying accessibility into corporates, campuses and civic projects across India.
His CSR and community projects span mental health, education for children with special needs, gender, water conservation and cultural preservation — extending his mission to make art a transformative tool for society as well as business.
