E-Talks: Sociotainment – Impacting While You Entertain

Film making is art and engineering combined to create stories. When a film is made keeping the social aspect in mind and creates an impact, a tributary of film making flows! But what is included in this? How do you move ahead if you want to flow in here? How does film making touch bureaucracy and society? Let us discuss about it.

Aniradichita Theatre and Films in association by The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda brings to you a newer E-Talks; this time with an ‘E-Certificate’ of participation.

To answer your questions on Sociotainment and to taking you to a journey of this new dimension, we have Dr Hemang Joshi: a poet, director and a film maker. Being a perfect example of having a multi-disciplinary profession, he is a practicing HR professional and a PhD Scholar. He has been nominated twice as the Official Delegate in ASEAN – India Youth Delegation and is a national award winner in National Student Parliament by Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs, Government Of India. His notable works include the creation of Cleanliness Anthem in 2015 and ‘Navi Savar’ – A musical documentary and Hope Anthem in 2020 with Government of Gujarat.

There is no entry fee or registration charges! We are going to have some good conversations and games online. We start on 20/9/2020 (Sunday), at 11:30 AM (IST) and try to finish at 01:00 PM. So get ready for some fun learning and entertainment.
